⁠Start PR was appointed as the event manager for Hong Kong WinterFest 2024 香港繽紛冬日巡禮 聖誕小鎮, marking the second consecutive year of overseeing the bigger-than-ever Christmas Town in the city. The event attracted an astonishing number of visitors, smashing previous attendance records!

The Event

Set against the stunning backdrop of the West Kowloon Cultural District 西九文化區, Christmas Town featured the iconic 20-metre-tall outdoor Christmas tree. Other event highlights included:

• Attractive photo spots with nearly 100 colourful decorative gift boxes and a festive light tunnel
• Meet-and-greet sessions with Santa Claus at his cozy hut 
• Live handbell and choir performances
• Dazzling Christmas Tree light projections every 30 minutes starting at 6 PM

Scope of Work

Crowd Control Management ⁠

Anticipating a large crowd, Start PR developed a thoughtful master operation plan in collaboration with the police and venue management to ensure effective crowd control.

Seamless Coordination

From coordinating performers and Santa to developing the festive program schedule, we facilitated smooth and timely performances during the peak hours. ⁠⁠With the addition of the pyrotechnics show, postmaster campaign, and projection mapping, we worked closely with HKTB to ensure a seamless visitor experience without disruptions.

Onsite Event Management

Start PR provided on-site teams with clear briefings and conducted on-site monitoring to guarantee professional service delivery throughout the event.
