Customer Insights
Gen Z’s transition to independence includes many important milestones – first solo trips, moving out, or receiving their first paycheck. These experiences demand courage and a reliable partner to guide them through these transitions.
Creative Approach
By authentically portraying life-changing experiences, we positioned HSBC One as the ally that empowers Gen Z to embrace their significant firsts. As a result, HSBC connects emotionally with this audience while providing tangible support as they navigate their journey into adulthood.
This relatable campaign spoke directly to Gen Z, reinforcing HSBC One’s commitment to empowering them in their financial futures and establishing the brand as a trusted companion for this generation.
Execution: KV & Social Content Creation
Featuring Gen Z artist and designer Andrew Mok, known as OFFGOD, in our key visuals and social content, we fully embraced Gen Z by putting them at center stage in the campaign.
We also tapped into various relatable firsts, such as a first Grad Trip and first job to help them start this exciting new chapter of life.
