Neighbour Co. launched a branding campaign for Avo, Hong Kong’s first virtual licensed general insurer. Avo is dedicated to providing hassle-free digital insurance experience and helping customers live a fruitful life. The campaign aimed to strengthen the brand’s proposition and cultivate a warm, approachable personality.
A New Brand Tagline
To translate the brand strategy into action, Neighbour developed a new brand tagline —安心·有我, which not only served as the campaign’s backbone but will also play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity and marketing approach in the future.
The Campaign Idea and Approach
The key visual and brand video leveraged Avo’s beloved mascot, Cardo, to connect with audiences emotionally. Complementing the campaign idea — Dream Big, We’ve Got Your Back (你想像·我保障), the campaign showcased a distinctive visual hook, featuring various dreams and wishes wrapped in cosy, knitted designs that symbolise the wholehearted protection Avo provides. This creative approach highlighted Avo’s commitment to safeguarding its customers’ aspirations, encouraging them to embrace life’s possibilities in a comforting and relatable way.
