Centaline Investment has launched a new student housing platform, CampusOne Communities, to provide high-quality and safe accommodation for students attending Hong Kong’s higher education institutions, while also helping property owners transform suitable properties into student housing to seize emerging market opportunities and achieve stable returns.

Centaline Investment specialises in comprehensive management and investment solutions tailored specifically for student housing. By deeply understanding the unique needs of Gen Z students and aligning closely with investor priorities, the company provides strategic solutions that enhance student experiences and maximise property investment value.”

Brand Identity Design

Logo

The brand identity visually articulates CampusOne’s vision. Central to this is the logo’s “O”, whose rotating motion symbolises their one-stop student housing platform for owners and investors, reflecting a vertically integrated four-phase execution approach: feasibility analysis and planning, renovation, property & tenant management, and exit strategy advisory. This cyclical representation reinforces their seamless execution across every phase of the operational model.

Colour Palette

The brand’s palette fuses Centaline’s iconic red with inviting earthy tones. The red leverages Centaline’s established recognition for trust and prominence, adding dynamism. The earthy tones introduce warmth, approachability, and a human touch, reflecting CampusOne’s dedication to creating student-centric residences and experiences.

Together, these elements form a cohesive visual narrative, communicating CampusOne Communities’ mission of elevating student housing quality, creating thriving communities, and delivering value for property owners and investors.
